Setup
- Go to Organization Settings → Integrations
- Click Connect Slack
- Authorize the Kontext Slack app to your workspace
- Configure which Product incoming Feedback should be attached to
How to push a thread
There are three ways to send a Slack thread to Kontext:- Message shortcut — use Slack’s message shortcut menu to send a thread directly
- Bot mention — mention the Kontext bot inside a thread to open a modal where you can optionally specify the Actor, Context, or add notes before sending
- Emoji reaction — react to any message with the trigger emoji (configurable, default
:kontext:) for a quick, no-prompt push
