Setup
- Go to Organization Settings → Integrations
- Click Connect Fathom
- Authorize Kontext to access your Fathom workspace via OAuth
- Once connected, a webhook is automatically created in Fathom — no extra configuration needed
Only completed call transcripts are synced. Fathom sends the transcript once the meeting ends and processing finishes.
What gets synced
- Call transcripts — the full transcript of each completed meeting becomes a Feedback entry
- Meeting metadata — title, organizer email, participants, team name, and a link back to the recording in Fathom
Routing
Fathom calls can be routed to different Products based on which Fathom Team recorded them:- Team mappings — assign specific Fathom Teams to specific Products so their calls land in the right place
- Fallback Product — any call from a team without a mapping is routed to the fallback Product
Configuration options

| Webhook | Toggle the webhook on or off (enabled automatically on connect) |
