The Fathom Integration automatically sends completed call transcripts to Kontext as Feedback. Once ingested, each transcript is analyzed to detect Problems, Actors, and Contexts — turning every customer call into structured product understanding.

Setup

  1. Go to Organization Settings → Integrations
  2. Click Connect Fathom
  3. Authorize Kontext to access your Fathom workspace via OAuth
  4. Once connected, a webhook is automatically created in Fathom — no extra configuration needed
Only completed call transcripts are synced. Fathom sends the transcript once the meeting ends and processing finishes.

What gets synced

  • Call transcripts — the full transcript of each completed meeting becomes a Feedback entry
  • Meeting metadata — title, organizer email, participants, team name, and a link back to the recording in Fathom
Each transcript is classified as a support call and run through the analysis pipeline automatically.

Routing

Fathom calls can be routed to different Products based on which Fathom Team recorded them:
  • Team mappings — assign specific Fathom Teams to specific Products so their calls land in the right place
  • Fallback Product — any call from a team without a mapping is routed to the fallback Product
This lets you split calls across multiple Products without manual sorting.
