How Integrations work
Each Integration follows the same pattern:- Connect — authenticate with the external service (usually OAuth)
- Configure — choose which projects, repositories, or channels to sync
- Sync — Feedback is pulled in automatically, either on a schedule or via webhooks
- Analyze — Kontext’s AI pipeline processes each piece of Feedback as it arrives
